After the success of Yu & You in Horwich in 1989, Charlie and Victor Yu’s Copster Green restaurant opened its doors in 2004, and has been a community staple for a fantastic dining experience, awarded ‘Best Chinese Restaurant’ in the UK by Gordon Ramsey.
